1. Companies & Services
ELV Connect provides professional Virtual Assistant (VA) services to support real estate professionals and businesses. Services include:
Lead generation & cold calling
Property research & market analysis
CRM management & data entry
Email & social media management
Administrative support & scheduling
Easy Living Realty provides real estate investment services, including:
Wholesaling – connecting buyers and sellers, assigning contracts
Rental property management – leasing, maintenance, tenant relations
Property research & market analysis
Investment support for clients
Note: ELV Connect and Easy Living Realty are separate legal entities. Services, fees, and agreements for one company do not apply to the other unless explicitly stated.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and all necessary permissions for services
Respond promptly to communications
Respect proprietary tools, templates, and processes of each company
3. Payments
Service fees are agreed upon in advance.
Payments are due as outlined in invoices or agreements.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Confidentiality
Both companies will maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Clients may not share internal processes, proprietary tools, or confidential information provided by either company.
5. Limitation of Liability
Neither company is responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While both companies strive to achieve results, specific outcomes (e.g., lead conversions, property sales, or investment returns) are not guaranteed.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.
Services may be terminated immediately if these terms are violated.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and tools remain the property of the company providing them unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
9. Agreement
By engaging with ELV Connect or Easy Living Realty services, you confirm that:
